      image UPDATE: I still love the affordability of Bear River; however, their systems seem to be old and out of date. They dont accept credit card payments, and they cant email you invoices, it has to be sent as a physical copy via mail which is inconvenient in todays day and age.
      They are great insurance, very affordable, and always very quick to respond. They also do whats in your best interest instead of just giving you what makes them the most money. Id highly recommend to anyone looking for any home and car insurance!

      Thanks Connor! Bear River actually does allow credit card payments, if the policy is paid in full and they do have an e-delivery system where all your invoices and policy docs are emailed out. From day one we have vowed to give every customer the option for the best deal to save them money. Not what is in our best interest. Glad you notice and appreciate it!       image seriously one of the worse places. They don't know their stuff, cuz they told me I couldn't get insurance if the car wasn't registered in my name. He was also very rude about it. The last time I had them, I was paying every month on the 12th. At the time no one told me my policy was due the 10th of every month. They just let me come in and pay it on the 12th, they never said anything and I never got a late fee. I ended up having a horrible crash on the 11th, thats right they said I wasn't covered. They also tacked on a late fee for that month to prove it!

      We don’t make the law, but to your dismay, we DO follow it. Your last insurance company knows state law as well, hence your need to find a new company. The late fee was incurred when your payment wasn’t received by the due date shown on your bill. That was in 2016, the last time you were insured here. We do know our stuff inside and out, and the gentlemen you spoke with is one of the friendliest, kindest people around. If you’re able to get your car situation figured out, we would be happy to help you get it insured.
