Budget Plumbing & Rooter

We had used Mike in the past, however our recent experience has soured this relationship. We requested to have our sewer line jetted however, the machine was down so Mike offered to use another piece of equiptment which was older and larger. It blew out one of our plugs in the basement which required an electrician to repair. Mike did not offer to repair the mistake and began to get beligerant and verbally abusive in front of my tenants and I had to escort him off our property. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior from a licensed professional.

Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. Im glad it wasnt an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.

I had a clogged sink in my garage. I had another plumber come out and fail at removing the clog. Mike sent out his guys and they were able to clear the clog with no problem. They were also a lot cheaper than the other quotes I had! 5 Stars for sure!

Have used Budget Plumbing for several rentals and several different plumbing issues now. Everyone has been so pleasant to work with. Their office is organized, professional, and their prices are great.
