Theyre SO EXTREMELY PUSHY about opening up a credit card. I said no 3 times and the check out lady, Anna, didnt want to take no for an answer. I wont be returning to Ulta, Im taking my business to Sephora now :)

I have never had a bad experience at Ulta until tonight. Anna was incredibly rude about the credit card offer asking over 3 times before she finished ringing me up. saying I am pre approved. Without any of my information.i dont want another credit card I told her that multiple times no. On top of that with it being after Christmas, I had a couple of gift cards through the holiday program where you get 2 of 25 dollar gift cards and you get a free 10 dollar card (great program). She acted there was something wrong with me. I will not be coming back to this Ulta because for awhile. Saratoga springs Ulta has been nicer lately. With the other bad reviews there needs to be a meeting about bring up credit cards and not pushing credit cards. There is difference.. I dont wish for people to get fired but I think she should be properly trained.

My mother, who is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments, wanted makeup to help hide some of the discoloration in her face and feel more beautiful. When my mother told the Ulta employee that she hasnt felt beautiful since starting chemo treatments the employee reassured her that she is beautiful and is just going through a hard thing. My mother started crying when suddenly the employee hugged her and also got emotional. The employee pictured below went above and beyond to help us find organic products, gave her a full makeover and helped my mother feel beautiful. But most importantly, she was human and cried with my mother. Ulta, this is an incredible employee that deserves it all: the raise, the promotion, etc. She is one of a kind. I wish I remembered her name, I will never forget todays visit to this Ulta store. And neither will my mother.
