The service provided was great. Isaiah from inside sales was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. After talking to 4 different companies about solar, Isaiah is the one that had me returning due to great customer service and the no-pressure demeanor. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

This is a predatory business. They stopped by my 90 year old grandfathers home. At the time my grandpa had Covid and he warned the sales rep of this and kept the outer door shut since it was glass and they could talk through that. At one point the sales rep opened the door and walked in while saying, "let me see what receiver you have". He then signed my grandpa up for Dish service installation for the next day even though my grandfather still had a contract with DirecTV. This company should be put out of business for tactics like this. Shame on you all for doing business this way. Taking advantage of elderly people. I sure hope that sales rep didn't get covid and spread it to several other elderly people that he trespassed on.
