Truly awful! They do not provide the services. They just contract out to other accountants that may have zero experience, for all they tell you. They must not verify their subcontractors, because the one we were assigned (repeat they do not work for this company) didn't seem to have any experience at all. They charged us for over a year a monthly fee of almost $80. The bookkeeper we were assigned logged in two times and in those two times messed up our books so bad we had to hire another professional firm to fix it. We had to pay a real accounting firm over $1,000 to fix everything that they messed up in our books. Avoid these people at all costs, the owners are not accountants and do not know anything about accounting. They are con artists and thieves. Look for yourselves. We're not the only ones that they promised work and then never did anything and then didn't refund the thousands of dollars they took out and fees.

As I was doing my taxes I was thinking about how I got built for almost $3,000 from these people about 2 years ago and wanted to see if they're still in business. And then behold I saw a couple reviews with this exact same experience I had. One review talked about a person that never had any work done and the accountant got a DUI while I searched the name of our account we are assigned to and lo and behold in Spanish Fork. She was pulled over and charged for DUI the exact month that we hired her so that makes a lot of sense. Called the owner and talked to him several times and refused to refund. The money that he took from us on zero work was done for us. Truly awful people

Avoid at all costs. They do not do accounting they just find work for accountants (or people claiming to be accountants) and bill you monthly for the service that the accountant also bills you for. And taxes are extra. Also the person we got didn't login into our qbo for over 3 months, turns out she was arrested for DUI. They did not tell us anything and did not refund over $2k in fees we paid and not a single minute of work from them. I should probably call the police and file charges and complaint, but I'm too busy getting my books ready for taxes. Seriously they are awful and have no idea what they are doing. The people you meant at first (husband and wife) have no accounting or book keeping experience, they just take your money each moth for referring you to an independent contractors, who also bills you and may not have any experience or might be an alcoholic who has DUI's
