I had a few recalls due on my 2013 Optima. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance as that was when they had openings. After the service was done, I found out that some of the recalls were not done as the parts werent ordered. Frustrating as I had to bring it in a second time.

Last time I was here I sat for an hour waiting and they finally came up to me saying they were looking for me, I had been in the same spot the whole time. The deal was a guy took my car but didn't know that I had to have an appointment. I have always been able to walk up, but this time they were too booked. Long story short Rick took my car and did it all for me because of a mistake with the carpool, not their fault. He was so nice and helpful, I just wish they had told me before waited an hour. Also, whoever answered the phone when I called today was very rude. All I said was I was trying to make an appointment online but couldn't, and she was very short with me. I ended up just saying its okay and hung up because of how unpleasant she made the phone call.
