Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

I LOVE this place and will never go anywhere else for my health needs! I called just to get pricing and they answered immediately. Their pricing is fair for people who don't have insurance bc it's a standard flat fee for evaluation and any tests, if needed. They got me in and out. I am feeling SO much better. I love the staff as well, everyone is knowledgable and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience! We did not have to wait, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the in house pharmacy machine was fast and convenient.

Best experience ever at an urgent care. Receptionist was great. Wait wasnt long. Doctors and nurses were super nice and professional. This is my new place going forward.

10 STARS!!! Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable! Anna was very efficient at collecting my information while also being friendly and personable. She continued her great service and professionalism when getting my vitals. I waited less than 5 minutes for Sarah, the Nurse Practitioner, to see me. She was thorough and also extremely personable. I felt very comfortable during my entire visit, and every step was communicated clearly throughout. I had no questions when I left and felt that my symptoms were addressed fully. I will definitely visit again should I need to!

Update: I'm writing to update my previous review of this location. While I stand by my concerns about the administrative staff's handling of HIPAA protocols, I appreciate the prompt response from the facility requesting more details. I've reached out directly to discuss my experience and hope to work collaboratively to ensure HIPAA compliance at this location. I believe open communication and a commitment to patient rights are key to improving healthcare for everyone. I will update this review again with the outcome of our conversation. While the healthcare providers were professional and took care of my son's needs, the administrative staff at this location need additional training in an individual's right under HIPAA to access their health information pursuant to 45 CFR 164.524. This location imposes unreasonable measures to obtain access as well as not complying with the requirements to provide the information in the form, format, and manner as the request. Please beware if you choose to go to this location that it blatantly violates HIPAA requirements!
