Called and the owners wife answered. They didn't want to drive 20 minutes to do a new well. They said it was too far. When I asked why she just hung up on me. I tried calling back but it went straight to voice mail. I called from another phone just to check and it rang and she answered again. Strange and rude behavior just for a question. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a common practice for her. Definitely not someone I would trust to do business with.

We just had them out to fix our well. They came out same day. Thomas was great. Really nice, honest guy. He even sat with us waiting for as long as it took our small air pump to fill the tank to the correct psi, to make sure things worked correctly afterward. Their pricing is very fair too! I highly suggest them.

We scheduled for them to come out last week. They told us theyd be here first thing Monday morning. Now they cant get to it. If you value your time you shouldnt use these people. They are the worst.
