BELLA NOTTE PROPERTY - We stayed at this property mid May 2023. On first appearances the place is beautiful. Not the case. The dust on the ceiling fans was 1/2 inch thick as it was through the house. Ants crawling up the bathroom wall above the sink. The shower looked as if it had not had a good scrubbing in months. A dirty sock was behind the table next to the bed. The coffee cups had coffee rings in them. There is NO dishwasher, all dishes had to be washed by hand so it makes one wonder how clean any of the dishes and silverware actually was. We washed everything before using it. We did not get into the hot tub or pool. The hot tub was dirty and we didn't trust the pool to be any cleaner than the hot tub and who knew what kind of chemicals were used in the pool, if any. The bed sheets did appear to have been recently changed. Not sure about the bath towels. All in all it was a huge disappointment. We will not stay at this property again and probably not at Texas Hill Country Reservations either as it took several emails and phone calls to get the check in info.

If I could rate this organization 0 stars I would. Here is the situation: We booked through their website for a 2 night stay at a cabin that was 455$ per night. Our total was 1,080.00. I was sent the confirmation on 5/17 and the money came out on 5/24. We arrive at the location to get the key and the manager/owner a older lady tells us that she doesnt have a cabin for me. I show her the reservation email and confirmation. She claims she doesnt know how that happened and was definitely acting like she didnt care. I felt as if she treated us this way because we are people of color and Im starting to think it couldve been a race issue in not caring to seek a solution or rectify the situation. She tells us to go look somewhere else after driving 4+ hours with an infant and parents who flew down just to come on this trip with us. NO CUSTOMER service at all. The lack of empathy and care was apparent. She said the owner would come in two hours and he never showed up. Although, we were given a refund they have ignored all communication regarding money that had to be spent in finding another last minute place to stay. Imagine 4 adults and a baby all stuffed in one room with one bed and a sofa which we paid 311$ for one night. I want to be compensated for that money back plus the gas we spent wasted coming down after SHE made tne mistake of doubling booking the cabin. We should be given another opportunity at their cost to stay at the cabin!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting any cabins through this company. I am still waiting for someone to contact me back.
