Had an excellent roadside assistance experience with wimberly towing today. Driver Stephen was great. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, told me what and when he was doing something, then kept me posted as it all progressed.
He improved an experience that could have been intolerable.
Good employee who represents Wimberley Towing very well
He exceeded my expectations.

They were very responsive and really careful with my vehicle. My front wheel had disconnected from the ball joints and I was impressed with how the driver worked hard to get it on and off the tow truck...it was not easy. Thank you!

Stephen came over very quickly after we called via AAA because my daughter's battery had died. He started the vehicle and she was able to make it to work on time. He was super nice and we appreciate it!

We were locked out of our truck. Stephen arrived promptly when he said he would and had our truck opened in minutes. He was very pleasant and I actually made the experience pleasant. Highly recommend.
