Wasn't going to say anything but I saw someone else had the same experience, this place has hostile staff, business hours are supposedly till 8 but its appointment only! You find out that last bit after an aggressive man starts yelling at you totally unprofessional update your website/Facebook and drop the attitude. If you want to be screamed at and threatened come here! I cant imagine how they treat the animals when nobodies around! The owner arguing with all the replies is a perfect example!

I am not an equestrian, but I happily married one & have learned Ohhhh so much in 3 years time. If you've been around the industry whether English or Western, you'll know there are some interesting characters in this field, often referred to as "Crazy Horse People" Blue Moon Farm, is 10 million miles removed from this label. Ryan & Laura work extremely hard because this is their livelihood to put food on the table. Therefore they care about their boarders/clients & seek to be great coaches/encouragers on helping them hone in on their goals & kindly ensure they have fun while working towards them. In an industry where there are many folks lacking empathy & caring responsibility, Blue Moon Farm rises above. Though I am no equestrian, I've toured many barns to help my spouse find a good fit, the way Blue Moon operates is at the top of the 15 of I've walked through. Give them a tour, You won't regret it.

Business Response on Google Jan 21st, 2023
When you entered our property with CD (another reviewer-both reviews refer to the same incident), you did not realize that in Texas, entering private property without permission is trespassing and is illegal. There is a private property sign posted clearly upon entrance to our farm. Business hours are for our clients, not the general public (much like a gym or Dr.’s office), which is a common practice for boarding and training facilities in our area. Tours for potential clients are by appointment ONLY. Once again, I’m sorry you were embarrassed when you were asked to leave and then escorted off the premises. However, we take the care and protection of our horses, people and property very seriously. If you are a responsible horse owner, you should understand and appreciate that.Additionally, your conjecture regarding how we treat our animals is completely unwarranted and very close to slander. We are proud to have an amazing program and facility, and to provide the highest quality care to our clients. Any true horse person would take one look at our animals and facility and know this.
