The staff here is EXCELLENT, they really put effort in understand your situation and helping you to the best of their ability. I have learned so much about my addiction and myself in my time at NOVA, thanks to the wonderful staff. From the kitchen to the recover specialist to the counselors, everyone here is fantastic.

As a person who had a history of leaving treatment Against Medical Advice, this is the only place I put in a notice to leave but chose to stay. I was able to act a fool and then be held accountable in a loving manner. I could write a book about everything I was taught at Nova during my 90 day stay. The staff are professional and genuinely committed to the well-being of each individual client.

I staggered into NOVA RC in November 2018 with end-stage liver disease, jaundice, varisces, ascites, nerve damage, and a cynical, pessimistic outlook on life. I did not believe that I would be alive in a year or two, but I couldnt stop drinking on my own, and I wanted to try and buy some time. I ended up having a life-changing experience there. It was a high structure, high accountability environment, with a good balance of clinical and spiritual curriculum. The staff were patient and persistent enough to push me to work through some painful memories and uncomfortable truths. I found something there that had eluded me for thirty years: a meaningful life. I left 5 years ago and haven't had a drink since.
