Rachel was the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful individual Ive worked with regarding housing. She neglected communication as she did not directly respond to me or my phone calls, but would only respond with delayed emails. Ultimately, none of our consistent issues were resolved by her. We offered a lot of grace, but the situation became unacceptable. Id be shocked if she warned the next couple about the mess they were getting themselves into with the terrible property. We got to see the real side of her customer service after the fact and thats when the mask came off. Hopefully, this helps to change her approach, or at least saves someone the same awful experience we had.

This has been the best possible place for me and my family to do business with. We use the app to reach out when something goes wrong. They are on the ball, Rachel gets right back to us. The problem is fixed immediately. They have always came through when I called and I appreciate their team so much.
