Cant be trusted to actually defend you when you are innocent public defender told me to plead guilty because he said I couldnt prove I was innocent what happened to innocent until proven guilty they wont help you your better off defending yourself

My husband is in jail and has yet to talk to a lawyer he has been in jail for a month he wants to set a plea deal with DA but these lawyers will not talk to him they keep saying have him call them but when he dose they dont answer yall need to get your office in order
