        About six seven years ago i was having trouble getting my bipap machine going this staff and the owner don are the only people in town that help me but not only helped he educated me on the do's and don'ts of my machine today i walk in and he takes me to a room and makes sure evrything is working leads me on the right path to getting me fixed thank you heritage

        This company and especially the people who operate it and work there are first rate. They are knowledgeable, caring , and kind. When I had my first encounter with them my father was having problems with his home equipment. They had never met me before and we had not even purchased the equipment from them. They immediately got to his home and got it repaired. Their communication was great as well. It is not often today you find such dedicated and outstanding service.

        Heritage Medical is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. When I need my oxygen concentrator filters changed they are normally 2 months late. The gentleman that services it is a blessing. The company itself has been nothing but rid and look for every reason they can not to accommodate me. I would not recommend for ANYTHING

        My husband took his electric chair into Heritage this am. He came home with nothing but praise for the employees there.He said Tomas came out to the vehicle and looked at his electric wheelchair in this Texas heat.He tried several different parts trying to find the issue with his electric chairHe fixed his chair!.Also, my husband said the ladies in the office were so pleasant and kind to him. Thank you Heritage Medical Supply!

        Tomas is the man. Helped me get my oxygen concentrator fixed and followed up all the way. Really appreciate him. Heritage was the only place in Wichita Falls that was able to fix my machine. Thanks again

      We always appreciate feedback on how we are doing as a company. Due to HIPPA policies, I cannot comment on you specifically, however I can say that it all depends on the oxygen concentrator as to the time frame filters need to be changed. Some of the newer machines only require internal filters to be changed every 3 years. Older machines normally will only be changed once a year.
