Last week, our 30-year-old pecan tree started leaning against our roofline. After contacting our insurance company, they collaborated with FallsTown to remove and stump-grind the tree. FallsTown's crew exceeded expectations, ensuring a thorough cleanup not a twig in sight. We'll certainly rely on this company in the future!

They did a fantastic job cleaning out and worked with our schedule well! During the cleaning they found a repair that needed to be done and did it on the spot. Who knows what could have happened if they weren't being so careful. They didn't make any mess and were careful and the ash the whole time

After years of using our fireplace, we noticed that it started to smoke up the house much more than before. We requested for a chimeny sweep and inspection. We were surprised that this company had same week scheduling for us. We called other companies and the earliest was over 2 months out. Their work was magnificent, after the sweep they showed us fractures inside the flue of our chimney as well the firebox. They made all the repairs on sight and gave us instructions for maintenance and tips for extending the life of our fireplace. Thank you so much FallsTown! My parents werent able to take care of their grass for a while now so I called FallsTown to schedule an estimate. I was surprised by how great their customer service is! Everyone was so professional and kind. You can really sense the pride and dedication this company has to its services.
