However, I was saddened to read that your stay fell short of your expectations due to the insects you reported. Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. The room had trash outside the door. The walls were patched up. The 2 lamps in the room had lampshades that wobbled bc not connected to the lamps. The bed sagged in the middle, had no cushion. The curtains were sagging and dirty. It was very dark. Wouldnt give us our $ back. We stayed maybe 10 minutes.
