Wasn't staying as a guest at the hotel but was there for an event in the meeting room. Property overall appears clean and well-kept. A gorgeous spiral staircase with a wooden balustrade is visible to guests entering the front doors.

For my area we have a few nice motel/hotel options but this is one of our better. I didn't speak to the desk my friend did but the building itself very nicely done. And the room was very well put together. It was CLEAN. I did hear quite a bit of construction during the daytime hours but no biggie. I saw the indoor pool, not open no water but from the looks of it it will be very nice. I hope they manage to keep it nice. Seems they start great but in very short time these places lose that new shine. I was pleased.b
Rooms: The room was clean and had a good amount of space. The windows on sides of building face north and south so u don't get the midday sun blaring in. The bed was very nice. Restroom also clean laid out nice.
Nearby activities: There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. And a United Marketstreet next door as well as another hotel.
Walkability: There is sidewalk access down the main road. Its not too bad I walked it very late at night myself. Several restaurants and stores very close.
