Advocate Foundation Repair

Nathan and Jacob and there team did a great job in keeping us in the know when working on our foundation. Even though the scope of work changed several times due to our house having a couple add ons. Even though the weather didnt work out as planned they keep the work environment clean and professional.

Bought a home they worked on in 2013 and sold the home owner a lifetime warranty which I paid to have transferred to me. Have tried multiple times to get them out here but have been stood up 3 times. The last message I have from Nathan was in May of last year saying he would let me know when they could come out. I will be pursuing legal advice.

This company lost their BBB rating due to complaints. My specific issue is that they are very difficult to get a hold of for warranty work. Their initial response time was good but it seems they are struggling right now and not providing good support to previous customers. I started contacting them in 19 January 2023 for warranty services, today is May 11 and they've responded only a couple of times with no actual plan to stop by. I will probably have to contact another company to do the work and pursue legal advice on getting a refund from this company if they still exist.

Revoked by bbb. Hard to get ahold of. Told they will call you back never do. Had 3 different times they didnt show up when they said they would always had an excuse or never answered calls or texts. Our garage area was suppose to be done, free of charge, because they missed it in the initial job and its still not done after 3 years and spending over 15 thousand on piers and foam. Only way we will get our job finished is by calling out another company and having them finish what was started by Advocate. I definitely do NOT recommend and when people ask I deter them from Advocate. We recommended them to a friend at the very beginning and they are also unsatisfied with communication and work that was done by advocate.

Did repairs to our patio. Gladly took our money. Called multiple times because the cracks almost immediately came back. Someone came out. Said that nothing they could do. Problem with the house. They did not refund our money. Cracks are the same as before and now they are ignoring our calls. We are in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this. They could have said they would have to do the house instead of taking $1600 and doing what amounts to nothing.
