We love it here!! The staff is top notch! And, the floors arent sticky anymore! :P my kids have learned so much and the learning environment is also top-notch! there are roughly 10 kids/ class and they are all super sweet, well-behaved children! We love it!

Dont. Just dont let your children enter this daycare. They want them to be little robots and not children. The director is not there for your child I promise. Stay away if you care for your child at all

I wanted to love this daycare so much. I spoke highly about it to everyone. I had my daughter in the middle of the pandemic and I had to pass her to strangers through the front doors of University Academy. The employees quickly became family to me. I trusted them, even after a number of questionable accidents. They have a few diamonds in the rough, but unfortunately the owner is completely ignorant when it comes to normal childhood milestones. My daughter was kicked out of the INFANT room for biting. Before the age of 1. My hope for this review is that she learns to value research over experience when dealing with others children. The situation was handled so poorly and Im heartbroken, but if I can reach anyone, especially new moms, do not take your child here. They will gaslight you into feeling an INFANT biting is a reflection of parenting, when its just an unfortunate stage in most childrens lives.
