        Twice now on 2 separate occasions I've requested that they cut my sandwich for me. The first time they didn't do it at all and I chalked it up to forgetting. The second time, they didn't do it and instead just gave me a flimsy plastic knife to cut the incredibly thick bagel sandwich myself. Honestly just so irritating. Just fulfill the request the customer asked for.

        Mystery solvedLocated in the Dillard College of Business building on MSU campus. One star for location (lack of clear directions) and the fact they were closed. Posted hours at the location and on google both said they should be open. This wont prevent me from visiting Einstein Bagels in the future, I just wanted to inform others of the specifics with this location.
