Went there with step mom & 2 yr (at the time) old daughter who obviously wanted the whole shebang as well... they were so sweet to her & did her nails & feet for free & just to entertain her while mommy & nani could relax!!

Scheduled a hair appointment for this weekend (9/16) on Tuesday of this week. I was told to come in the morning but was running a little late cause of the bus schedule and even called to tell the salon that I was going to be late and would it still be okay if I can come in. They assured me that it was fine. I get there just for them to tell me the stylist wasn't even coming in for the day. They could have at least had the decency to tell me over the phone instead of wasting my time and money to get there. Terrible communication.
