We offer a bridge between our proud Texas heritage and the great pubs of the U.K. With a menu paying homage to both cultures with delicious choices from our famous Fish and Chips all the way to the Pork Chops, Chicken Fried Steak, Burgers, and Hand-Cut USDA Choice Steaks... oh, and you can't forget our famous Mac & Cheese. There's something for everyone, including the little ones! We are definitely a family-friendly environment, even the furry family members! Our patio is pet friendly! We are glad you are here!The Highlander is proudly owned and operated by lifelong friends Vincent, Chef Erik, and his wife Amy. Chef Erik and Amy have a five-year-old daughter, Tukker. You may see her running around hosting or cleaning tables or coloring or spreading out on the floor. This is normalcy! To round out the family, take a look at the host stand and you will see Trinh.
