1. Next day service! They were here first thing in the morning after calling late the previous day. 2. Clean and professional! He put everything back perfectly and with no mess and was very professional in his demeanor with me. 3. Educational! He was very good about communicating each step to me and made sure I understood what all he did and why before charging me. 4. Price! Very reasonable price. Overall great experience.

I had an old central heat and air unit. The wire going to my thermostat for heat was getting 120v and frying my thermostat instead of the 24v it was supposed to get. Cheacked the transformer and only the heat post was putting out 120v. Called Allen leak and two techs came out. Said it was the transformer and changed it out. Put a new thermostat that I just bought and boom, fried my new thermostat. Im not an ac mechanic but even I check and make sure its actually fixed before I turn it back on. Turned out to be a fan delay that was shorted out and my gas valve was shorted out too because it was controlled by 24v too. Because my ac was so old we decided to get a new system. I told them I needed a bigger system because I added about 300sq ft to the house, and needed to more vents added. They gave me a quote. Seemed low so I asked if they quoted the vents. He said no, we cant add a bigger unit because it wont fit through the doors of the closet the unit was in and never called back. Had two other companies give quotes and neither of them had a problem with this and installed a bigger unit with no problems. I guess if its extra extra work they dont want it.
