Hes really informative, honest, and his services are very affordable. Im glad my personal AC guy flaked out on me because I would have never met JW. Hes now my go to guy for all things AC/HEAT. I just want to give big thank you to JW the owner he contacted me about a quote I wanted on a TXV and I thought I was being over quoted by my local AC. I told JW what was going on and he asked me how old my unit was. I said 3 1/2 years we built new and its a trane ,he said why are they not warranty the defective parts from trane and the parts should be covered under the warranty for 5 years if I did not register the system and 10 If I did. I told him what they wanted to do and charge me and JW explained me that even if the parts were not under warranty I should not be paying more than half of what I was quoted . JW did not at one time try to sell me on a price but explained to me what I should be paying for the services that I need done. He spent over an hour on the phone to be honest he was like talking to an old friend. Although I am a little out of his area he services he still told me if I dont find a good price that he be willing to get the work done for me if I can wait a few more days since hes been getting busy but he said he could fit me if I chose to go with him. JW did not have to give all that information to me he could easily sold me on a diagnostic or walked away since I was out of his area to top it off he even took his own time and told me to send him pics of my units serial numbers and he could see if my units are still warranty which I did and JW texted me back 20 min later and said they are under warranty for another year he could easily told me no they are not and made money on me now to me thats a honest person and someone I would definitely do business with. Thank you again JW for you utmost professionalism and honesty when most companies are in it for the money JW is a very rare person that still cares about customers and that they are getting a good value. I now see why you get 5 stars
