        I really do love my apt I have been here 5 years.The Matinance is Amazing!!! Top Noch for sure!!!! I just wish they would upgrade the cabinets very old outdated. And stained from previous tenets peeling up from age or termites no idea. The paint inside apt has big goops of paint drips I try to hide. The pervious leasing agent said it would be fixed after covid but Lisa is no longer here I have inquired but they said no :( It is very quiet now and I have no roaches none at all that would most deff be a deal breaker. But if your looking for a start off apt I would recommend THE CREEK Just make sure you do a check off list before you move in I never get one.

        Very nice apartments, the areas are clean, I loved the welcome they gave us with the snacks, kitchen and cleaning items The office staff is very friendly.

        I lived here for a little while . Very bad bad problems with roaches infested everything I had . I told them about it for months they would send some Exterminator in that did nouthing but brought more it seemed like . Had too leave all my belongings behind and completely restart thats how bad it was. Sleeping and night worrying about them crawling on me . I would not recommend these by any means .

We do offer our residents weekly Pest Prevention that treats for all pest related issues and we heavily rely on our residents to promptly report all issues.
