They've always messed up in picking me up for an appointment or the front desk would say I don't have an appointment at times. No communication between staff. So I end up having to reevaluate instead of actually getting services. Seems they get my insurance for nothing. Seems like fraud to me actually. Since I was a kid they haven't helped me much. I'll be 50 next year and still nothing. It's hopeless with them.

These guys don't care for their patients like they say they do, if so then why are WE the ones having to call them instead of them calling us just to be reminded of our own appointments we have with them cause some of us do forget our appointments we have with them and they don't call us reminding us we have an appointment with them, not to mention that they at all don't return calls when we leave a message to reschedule our appointments when we can't make it in. Wow... if there was any way to rate zero stars... yeah this place is getting that much of a ratting... ZERO stars instead of one... don't waste y'alls time with this place.

Idk if these are the same therapy in the road of central middle school back then in 2013 - 2015 or around there before the church took it over, I had a bad experience. I told a therapist in that year that I was experiencing memory loss due to taking Lexapro of 10mg and 15mg in different months. They didn't cared and brushed it off. Now that I noticed Lexapro was not FDA approved and didn't list the severe side effects, the damage Is done. From me getting hypothermia attacks to this day to memory loss. Now I became a victim of that medication without my teen self knowing the information about it. I don't recall memories that easily anymore, can't recall people's name like my friends, or even remember a simple word like a wine opener or something basic. I just hope the victims of Lexapro will open up soon because that medicine was dangerous to us teens. During that year, giving young teens that medication, that wasn't FDA approved and caused damages to our mental and physical bodies.
