Though I was initially very interested in having The Ground Guys come to my home for organic care, I have found it impossible to get Matt to come to my home since August 22nd. this year. Matt responded that he would be in touch on August 22nd. The following morning, I inquired if we could meet on Saturday August 25th., which he stated that we could work something out. On Friday the following day I asked Matt what time he would be available, to which he did not respond. After no contact or responses, I called Matt on September 19th., to which he stated he was glad that I called since he was having difficulty with his phone and apparently lost all of my contact information. I sent Matt my address with a meeting set for September 25th., which unfortunately I had to cancel due to being ill the night before. He did not respond to my cancellation, therefore I sent him another text to inquire as to whether he has received it, which he had. Matt stated that I should inform him as to my schedule and that they were busy playing catch up from the rain. I suggested Friday afternoon, September 28th., which as in 2 days time. After no response from Matt, I texted Matt on Thursday, the 27th., in regards to Friday. Matt texted me a few hours later stating that he would let me know shortly. This is my last correspondence with Matt at The Ground Guys.
If Matt and his crew cannot seem to respond or commit to meeting to care for my lawn, imagine my horror if they actually did. I would have a future of no shows, excuses, etc..
I would not recommend The Ground Guys as they are apparently unprepared and unable to manage a simple task of replying to several texts.
