Had my son's 18th birthday here because of laser tag, and overall, it was ok. It was very pricey. The pizza wasn't all that. I had way better. The sliders were very good, but they didn't give us any condiments. The arcade games were very pricey, and if you have a party, the kids don't keep the tickets, so that was a bummer.

We come here all the time, and participate in the kids bowl free program and usually have a pretty good time, with a little slower than average service on busy nights. We are currently here on a Wednesday around 1:00 p.m. with maybe 5 or 6 lanes full - it took over 40 minutes to get a water, diet coke and two icees. The waitress brought one drink and forgot the rest of our drinks twice, then forgot about us completely. We are usually pretty laid back but one kid had a drink and the other did not so 30 minutes in between drinks seems a little unusually bad. It appears that one of the waitresses had her children here and needed to tend to them before she could wait on the lanes. We finally got our 4 simple drinks, 2 of them wrong. We let it go at that point. Additionally, if they tell you kids bowl free is only 1 hour of bowling, it is two games a day and has been for years. They will honor that if you remind them. We had to remind them three times when they cut our games off multiple times over the course of the two hours it took us to get through four drinks and two games of bowling. It was an unusually painful experience here and we will probably try to find another kids bowl free location if this happens again, it really made something fun that we've done for many years a really unpleasant experience.
