I rented a tent out for my wedding and everything they told me did not follow through with what they said starting with delivery of tent time was told it was going to be Friday morning they showed up @130pm, and what they delivered I asked for a 10ft tent and spoke with someone in email about it but they never changed it on the contract in the system so I got stuck with an 8ft tent. On top of all that the ladies in the office were very rude over phone and one of them even asked me what do I need a 10ft tent for no one is 10 ft tall, very bad customer service.

We rented napkins for my daughters wedding. They were the perfect color we were looking for. A transformer blew leaving us in the dark at the venue so trying to pack up in the dark was a disaster and apparently a few of the napkins were thrown away. One Stop was so kind and totally worked with us to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future rental needs!

I asked for a quote, had it right away agent Nina I spoke to was very prompt and helpful as well as delightful. I would 100% recommend to any one seeking rental equipment for their function! Ive seen other reviews of people not satisfied, which at first was a turn off but people fail to realize their role in rentals and think they dont play a part as well, as long as you respond and work with the staff to get what you are seeking, you will def be satisfied by this company!
