        Bought a cantilever umbrella 5 weeks ago. Paid $1300.00 for it. Was told delivery today 11-3. Confirmed it yesterday . Got a text today that they were on the way and arrival at 259pm. Called at 330pm and was told I was next and they were running behind. Called at 540pm to be told the driver skipped numerous stops and its most likely a stock issue. Why not when the truck is loaded and the item isnt there , call and notify the customer so they dont wait 7 hours for nothing. Now waiting until Monday for the call that they dont even have the item I paid for 5 weeks ago Im sure. Ive spent upwards of $20,000 with chair king over the years. This is utterly ridiculous.

        We have always enjoyed the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism at Chair King Backyard in Webster. Have purchased many an item for our Patios including chairs, sofas, love seats, heaters, tables and umbrellas. Great service and quality furniture. Very much appreciate the assist today by Jared from the Sales Floor to the Loading Dock.
