Denzil Davis's communication and responsiveness were outstanding throughout the entire mortgage process. Anytime I sent a message, he responded within minutes if not seconds. I constantly had questions despite owning before, and Denzil thoroughly answered every single one of them. From start to finish, Denzil provided an excellent level of service. I recently worked with him to secure an FHA loan for my home purchase in Pearland, TX. This was my second mortgage, but my first time working with him. After our initial consultation where I provided my info, he had me pre-approved right away, which allowed me to start my home search. Once I found the perfect home and had an offer accepted, Denzil immediately got to work. He was very fast throughout, From the time of me picking the home to the time of getting it under contract to getting paperwork, to get an approval - I felt well informed through the entire home loan process. The only minor hiccup we encountered was around the source of funds from my credit union account, which is jointly held with my son. But he worked closely with me and the underwriters daily to get any additional documentation needed. His dedication to getting the deal done was obvious and very appreciated. He's just a solid mortgage lender to work with! I would absolutely use Denzil again for any future lending needs. He's very thorough, and thanks to his efficiency, I was able to close way ahead of schedule.

I really enjoyed working with Denzil. He's a stand-up mortgage lender. He answered all my questions, was super responsive, and he didn't hound me. Everything went smoothly, just as planned, and I would 100% use his services again. Working as a crane operator, primarily in and around the petrochemical space, I tend to work for multiple companies throughout the year. When I initially began the process of purchasing my home, it seemed like other lenders were making it complicated because I have multiples W-2s. However, Denzil cut through the nonsense and appeared to be the best person to get me approved, which he did. I'm grateful that my realtor connected us because he just gets things done. We met Denzel Davis through our builder and as first-time homebuyers, this was our first ever home loan so we had no prior experiences to compare Denzel's services to. However, we found him to be a complete delight to work with and would definitely use him again in the future for any lending needs. What stood out right away was how approachable and responsive Denzil remained throughout the entire mortgage process. I felt comfortable working with him. If we ever reached out to him with any questions, he'd always get back to us without hesitation. He's super professional but so friendly at the same time. Our realtor, Elizabeth Kyser connected us with Denzil when we needed help securing our home through the VA Loan program. She actually works in the same office as Denzil which was super convenient! This was our first time dealing with him but we would definitely use his services again, as well as Elizabeth, based on how hard they worked for us. A major thing I liked was that Denzil and his team seemed really motivated to get everything done quickly compared to issues we had selling our West Virginia house simultaneously. That sale kept hitting snags which jeopardized closing on our Texas home. But Denzil and Elizabeth totally saved the day by re-running numbers to approve us carrying both houses temporarily when our WV buyer was shown to be trying to commit mortgage fraud which we then had to put our house back on the market. I really thought we might lose the Texas house due to not selling our house in WV by closing date for the TX house. But Denzil didn't back down and found a way to push it through for us. It was really thanks to him and Elizabeth we became Texas homeowners! I was so impressed with the way they coordinated to ensure we could financially handle owning two homes in the interim. I'm just very thankful for Denzil going above and beyond when things got complicated. Other mortgage lenders may not have been so helpful but he really stuck by us.
