This is seriously one of the worst places to get your car serviced. Its been negative experience after negative experience. They have no concept of peoples time. They never reach out with information its always me calling for updates. They never have any sympathy for the headaches they are causing they have the nerve to get an attitude like its me giving them inconvenience. I keep getting hung up on. Rude service. Service Department has been very good over the last 10 years + for the two vehicles I've purchased at the dealership. Problems were very few for me and they were always resolved with a phone call or in person visit to a Service Advisor. Place is clean, well maintained, and staff are always pleasant and polite.
