Bay Area Total Health Medical Group, PA

I have been a patient of Dr.Daphnis's for a very long time and I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be placed in a room and less than 10 minutes to see the Dr. or the PA. They are very diligent about contacting me with results and what I need.

The office as a whole is unprofessional and unorganized, I am not happy with treatment from Dr.Daphnis, I was recommend but I will never go back!

Dr Daphnis has been my physician for 25 years now. I absolutely trust her with my health. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. I have several medical conditions so I have been seeing her every three months so I feel like I have spent a good amount of time with her. I feel very fortunate that I can always count on Dr D.

I took off of work and booked an appt for that day. They accidentally scheduled me for the following week. I was livid when I walked in and they said my appt was the following week. They couldnt give me a wait time and never once apologized for the issue. They are terrible at calling back and answering questions over the phone about results. I will be looking for a new GP.

Was recommended to this doctor by a friend who went here. I signed up with my insurance to have them as my primary. I have called twice now for two separate issues over the last year and they turned me away both times stating i needed to go to urgent care and would not see me for minor issues. I will not ever be going here and will be changing my doctor.
