There were MOLDY biscuits on the breakfast bar and when my husband brought it to staff's attention he was dismissed and nothing was done to remove the biscuits. The staff was more concerned about a kid trying to make himself a waffle (he looked plenty old enough to handle that waffle maker alone) than properly stocking the food and handling the mold situation. On our second morning they knocked on our door (and tried to open it luckily I had it locked) at 10am to "check if we were still here". um yes we're still here. Checkout is at 11 and the DO NOT DISTURB sign is on the door for a reason. I was in the middle of changing my son's diaper while she jiggled the doorknob and tried to enter. Really strange place. Won't be staying there again. They also didn't have the digital key option for hilton honors. And I didn't get my 2 complimentary water bottles like I always get at Hilton Hotels.

So the service and the continental breakfast were top notch (imo) and the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I had everything I needed. However, I did have an issue in my room (suite) where only one of the outlets actually worked. And when I say "worked" I mean "held the plug at all." It was either completely loose or just had no power at all to draw from. It was very strange. All the appliances seemed to work alright (though I did not try the coffee maker, admittedly) but the only plug I could get to work for any of my electronics was the one on the bathroom sink. I made it work and it wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it could be a big deal for someone else (especially someone who DOES actually have to work out of the room) so it's worth mentioning. Also, pro tip for the TV: try holding the remote over your head if it's not working. It can be finicky. Edit: I stayed here again when I came back for business in December, and the hotel appeared to be renovating the ground floor. At any rate, I stayed in a suite again and I did NOT have the same issues with the remotes or the wall plugs, so hopefully that was just an issue with the ground floor that I was on before (and which was being actively addressed by the looks of it.) The AC unit was also newer. Staff was still as awesome as previous! Noteworthy details: I had to visit the ER while I was there (NOT anything to do with the hotel, I'm just pregnant and the heavy travel didn't agree with me) and was pleased to note that it is literally a five minute drive away from the hotel, which made my panicked late night trek a lot less stressful lol.

Do not stay here. The front desk staff deserves a zero, but that's not an option. The desk agent was away from the desk for 15 minutes when we arrived, and the room we booked was somehow unavailable at check-in so we were given a different, smaller room, which was still being cleaned at 7pm! We were not refunded the difference, but told to check out in the morning and we would be moved to the room we booked for our 2nd night. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, which was fun. The same issue with our room occurred the second day, with a different agent who was even less helpful, but said she would text a manager, and then proceeded to do anything else for 10 minutes while we stood there holding our bags. We decided to book a room at a different hotel while she ignored us, and left. Save yourself a headache and the lost money, and do not stay here.

Rooms were pretty average but smelled a little weird. We had breakfast in the morning and the lady who was the kitchen staff was so rude. She shouted at a black guy who put a piece of food in his mouth that he cannot eat there. She also yelled at couple of kids who was running in the dining area calling them rats. Better the management educate these people on how to deal with guests.
