I had great experience here overall, but until it was time to schedule another appointment because I miss several appointments due to life circumstances and being on medication that makes me drowsy, that they prescribed and sometimes its hard to wake up early, and only times they had available are 8 AM or 9 PM for a physical check up! When I called to make another appointment, she confirmed it and called back and said, you can no longer be put on the schedule for appointments because you missed your last appointment and I asked OK whats the really the big reason because I have insurance so its not like I didnt pay for anything and she transferred me to several people to see if they can uplift it but nope, they didnt want to put me back on the schedule for appointments because somehow I missed 5 apts and I dont recall missing that many! Like, so what if I missed an appointment and called to reschedule, things happen and they didnt have no consideration. They lied like the clinic manager was going to call me and I never received a call back from the clinic manager, so Im assuming they no longer want me at their doctors office I feel like its some slightly discrimination. I would like to sue this doctors office. Plus, my doctor retired anyways Dr. Lee, so it really didnt matter to me. I thought it also was crazy that they did not do Covid shots or Covid testing, like what kind of Doctor Office is this? it needs to be shut down! Besides, I found a new doctors office anyways, so this doctor office will no longer be my primary doctors office!

I am writing this review to warn women, especially young women like me, of Dr. Rajan's actions during my recent appointment with her. When I told Dr. Rajan that I take continuous birth control pills due to debilitating and irregular periods, she said "young women are too quick to take the easy way out." Dr. Rajan spoke over me when I tried to explain my extremely painful periods and otherwise ignored my concerns. During the pelvic exam, Dr. Rajan inserted the speculum without any warning. It caused so much pain that I cried out "that hurts!" Dr. Rajan merely said "no one likes this part" and did nothing to mitigate the pain. I have had pelvic exams performed by other doctors and while they were uncomfortable, they were never painful. I sobbed through the remainder of my exam and it seemed to me like Dr. Rajan quite frankly didn't care. I felt and still feel traumatized, violated, and highly disrespected by Dr. Rajan.
