Once Upon a Child

I love this store, after seeing all the negative reviews I was honestly a little confused. Personally, neither me, my mother, or my husband has never had a bad experience here. Yes, the staff doesn't bend over backwards to cater to ever need you have, but they're always nice/polite to me and my family. The workers are younger adults so maybe they don't want to be selling baby items all day, however I've never been offended by their attitudes. It's a great place to buy second hand items for kiddos that are very lightly used, and they have everything from boxes of diapers to play tool benches. I honestly do recommend shopping here.

The negative reviews don't lie!! These young little girls are rude and have horrible attitudes. Their parents should be ashamed of their parenting. Whoever posts something positive about this place is probably a fake or an employee or family etc. Cause majority of these reviews especially my own do not lie!! Go in and see for yourself. Unless you have very low tolerance for rude and disrespectful people then don't go. They ain't worth any jail time.

Store was dirty, staff were all very rude and unhelpful. I recommend driving further away to Katy or Pearland stores before going here.
