I bought an RV from here recently. I came in and told them I had $20k to spend on a used RV, all fees included, and would like to see what they could offer me. The customer service was awesome! They were so humorous, informative, and very helpful! I purchased a 2006 DRV 5th wheel (and spending about $500 over my budget). There were a few things wrong with it. The table leg was broken, the fridge door fell off when it was opened. The shower door was off the hinges. The mattress was rough. Cabinets had missing Magnets and didn't stay closed. The rv needed a good cleaning. It didn't have electricity when I was shown the unit, but they assured me that everything would work and all of the things (above) we discussed would be fixed when I came to pick it up. Walk-through day arrives. I am given the walk-through and see the things they fixed. I pointed out the things that weren't fixed and was told the company couldn't find the hinges for the shower door, and he suggested I install a shower curtain track and use a curtain. The door was BEAUTIFUL though! The mattress hadn't been changed, but that situation got worked out. The Magnets on the cabinets were not replaced. There was cereal caked on the kitchen chairs and on the wall and in the recliner compartment. Milk or white splatters throughout the entire RV along the bottom 18 inches of every wall. Black stuff inside the fridge and freezer, which was cleaned. I was not expecting a world-class deep clean, just a general clean, but maybe I still expected too much. The mechanic-man pulls in the slides, shuts the door, and never hands me keys. I ask where they are, and he says they are inside the RV. I told him that I needed them to lock the outside storage doors. He opens the door and does a quick look around. He then proceeds to tell me, after not seeing the keys, that those outside keys are universal and gives me another set from his shop. I told him that I still needed to be able to lock the front door of my RV. He goes back to the shop and gives me a whole new lock in a box and says it is 4 screws and easy to install. I agree because I am getting heated at this point. We later realize that the "new" lock he gave us in the box was missing the keys as well. I went back and forth with the salesman, Jose G, on that one. I had to take a loss on that situation but included the video of the conversation. I attempted to reach Ron for reimbursement, but he never returned my phone call even after leaving a detailed voice-mail. The point of this is, buyer beware, when paying in full for a used RV.

Will not return my calls after purchase and we are having all kinds of issues. The extended warranty is worthless, takes MONTHS to get parts "they do not use OEM parts." I've only had this RV 1 month!!!!! I will be in touch with the BBB. Very upset! My ac is not working and its over 100 degrees outside, my control panel stopped working for the awning, and I had to turn off the water to my toilet because it wont stop running. UPDATE~7 months later. My AC units are still not repaired, the microwave went out I've been "waiting on parts" since August. The service dept just blows me off to a third party RV repairman. BEWARE

Hello Mrs Anderson We're quite sorry for the unfortunate experience with us. This is not typical of our usual customer service protocol and hopefully we can be of assistance to you going forward. Sorry we dont have control over the parts situation but I could certainly help expedite the situation. Let me know if we can be of any assistance, please. Thanks
