        Ms. Nichols is incredible. Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, but she made the whole process so smooth. She's very responsive and the rates were competitive. We shopped for lower rates when the contract was executed, but First Financial rates were comparable to the lowest provided by competitors. The low rates coupled with Ms. Nichols' extensive knowledge, patience, and attentiveness made it an easy choice for a lender. I'll definitely recommend her to family and friends.

        Other locations in the area aren’t the worst but this one and everyone in it was great and super helpful. Had a Mrs Rebecca Stokes help me thru getting a new card and she was very kind and helpful. The teller Robin was great as well. Hope y’all have the same experience with this location that I have.
