        We had the beef fajitas and they were amazing I as a chef many years no good food when I taste it but beyond the food was the quality of service you couldn't ask for better experience manager Dylan was more than accommodating and helpful as well as the crew we really enjoyed everybody from start to the finish of the meal including the goodbye at the end. I would highly recommend the El Fenix of Weatherford to anybody including my own mother. Wheelchair accessibility: There's more than enough room for handicapped person to get in and out easily which is very very wonderful in this day and age.

        We were out of town for a family event and we decided to stop by El Fenix in Weatherford, everyone there was so kind and the food was very tasty the Texas spicy margarita was so delicious, will definitely be coming back.

      Very few restaurants have the staying power to celebrate even a quarter-century of service, but El Fenix celebrated their Centennial! Founded in 1918, by Mike Martinez, a Mexican immigrant, El Fenix is credited as “The Originator of Tex-Mex Cuisine.” It has been named an “All American Icon” by Nation’s Restaurant News and a must-see dining destination for visitors to North Texas.
