Well, I recently gave a one star review, but I had a better experience this last time I was in and saw Dr. Bratton so I changed my original one star rating Now again its very difficult to get my medication refills. The pharmacy has been trying to call them and faxing them for 10 days now and they dont respond I am calling the office also with no return calls.. you almost have to go to the to get refills on your medication. Unfortunately, I have to change my reading back to a one star.

I believe this is the Parker County Home of Improper and neglegent medical treatment otherwise known as malpractice. The practice is terribly mismanaged but has seemed to open three offices. This time around I've been waiting on the office to forward a prescription for three weeks. I've called each week multiple times - no one calls back, I have good insurance and pay upfront. In prior appointments the office did not forward prescriptions and did not connect to specialists for diffrent issues. It takes days if they return your call at all. Then there was the day I came to the office and at the waiting room the nurse annouunced "Ok you here to day to see the doctor for - stated my medical issue - and a the options for medicaton or surgery." She actually told everyone in the room what my medical issues were. They answer the phone immediately if you select the "doctor or pharmacy option" but refuse to help if you do this. You can't get through to them. I've had it I have to get medical help somewhere but Brattons staff and management is terrible.

I have been using Dr Bratton for several years and the two stars Im giving this place is only for Dr Bratton and the PAs. The Weatherford office in particular, is absolutely terrible about not answering the phone, calling back, or getting paper work needed to the pharmacy. They have been rude in the past and are dont seem to care at all. My grandmother has also used this doctor for a few years. She lives alone and is paralyzed on the right side of her body and she has had to drive herself to the office in the past due to them not answering or calling her back when she needs TWO PAGES of paperwork filled out for her provider to send her the toiletries she needs on a daily basis. Very frustrated with this office and tired of hearing they are working on improving.

First I'd like to say that Dr. Bratton, the other providers and nursing staff at the clinic are excellent. The problem is the office staff, specifically Kristi at the front desk. Every time I have an appointment, I am met with attitude and condescending behavior. Twice now, I have scheduled, and verified appointments at my desired location, but was actually mischeduled by the office at the opposite location. When showing up to the appointment, the office staff have a defensive attitude that they did not make a scheduling error. There is no accountability or apology on their behalf. Kristi at the front desk, has a very condescending and sarcastic tone to all patients. Her tone of voice is very confrontational and rude, even if that is not her intent. She is very short and snappy and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her if you have any basic questions. Also, she openly discusses your medical information out loud in the full lobby. Multiple times now, have I checked into my appointment and told to be seated. Then, Kristi will yell your name in a full lobby and ask you questions that are pertinent to Your chief complaint, medical care, symptoms, insurance etc. instead of calling you up to the desk to discuss it quietly, she chooses to yell it out for all to hear like we are at a fast food restaurant. I have approached the desk and asked to discuss my medical care quietly and then was stared at like this was an inconvenience or foreign idea to her. It almost is like being at the DMV. This unfortunately has not been only my experience, as I watch this transpire with other patients. I continue to be patient with the office staff but at some point there needs to be accountability and reflection. Unfortunately, an office staff can make or break a good clinicians practice. I would hate to see that be the case in this situation but something definitely needs to change.
