Hi Tyler! Thank you for your positive feedback! I'm so glad she loved them! Sunnys doesn't give much detail on what the flowers look like, and we don't see a photo, so it's always kind of a gamble on if it looks remotely like what you expected. They kind of just say it's red and purple and will tell me basically what's in it if I ask, so that I at least know if there's lily's, roses, etc. I always add way more value to it than they give me, as I know they have to take their cut, being a service that just gathers orders and sends them to florists. I always just hope that I can make something as good or better than expected, because I don't know what was paid for it. I also have no idea on the bear or chocolate what the value paid is or what it should look like unfortunately. The chocolates I sent are premium though! I hope she thought they were neat! As for the flowers not lasting, we'll, that just breaks my heart. I always try to use the freshest flowers available but occasionally I might get something that starts to look unhappy after a few days. That's completely unacceptable to me. My goal is for them to last at least a week , given that the water is changed every few days as it should be. I would appreciate the opportunity to replace them for you, or provide another whenever you'd like. I want you to know it's important to me and I don't take it lightly that a customer would be unsatisfied in any way. Again, thank you so much for your kind words !
