They dont even deserve a star. The owner stopped sending his employees and didn't finish the job. I paid in full which was a mistake on my part. I got promised it be completed in two weeks then again in two weeks and again. Then he stopped taking my calls completely and then the text messages also were also avoided. No one answers in the office and I get no calls back. I need my ceilings and other projects completed. I used a different phone and he answered and he asked who's phone it was. Aha. The stress has been really bad. It has caused me so much physical pain and my blood pressure has gone off the roof. . Get it done Joe. He came down to Corpus Christi and Rockport because of Hurricane Harvey.

APPALLING experience with Joe Carter and Catskills. Dont be fooled! We hired them to restore our badly hurricane-damaged home. At first, they were very responsive; they covered the hole in our roof and replaced it. But over time, work on our house slowed to a crawl. After conning us into giving him a large sum of money to order kitchen cabinets and get this job done, Joe Carter virtually stopped work on our house. When we pressed him, he ceased communicating with us. So, 18 months after Hurricane Harvey, our deck is ripped up, the outside of our house is still damaged, most of the inside has no insulation or walls, and we have to find a new contractor to clean up the mess. Unless you enjoy being duped, mistreated, and abandoned DO NOT HIRE JOE CARTER AND CATSKILLS RESTORATION!
