Prosperity Bank

I unfortunately let a potential hacker have my electronic password. I worried about it and the next morning I went to the bank, they suggested I close all my account and reopen new accounts. This is worse than getting a credit card hacked but the bank has gone out of its way to make sure my money directed to old accounts gets deposited.

I called the Weatherford Branch and they refused to help me based on the fact I opened my account in Jacksboro almost 10 years ago. I have lived in Weatherford and have gone into that branch for many years now. I requested they change my branch and she said no and asked if I wanted the number for Jacksboro. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied, "That's who told me to tell you that." That is absolutely unacceptable. I called customer care and they apologized and said that it does not matter which branch you open your account at, any branch should be able to help you. Very disappointed in the customer service of Weatherford Prosperity Bank.

I tried to access my account on line, wont let me. I called the bank and have waited weeks for an email to access my online information. Still dont have it. I tried to order a new card still havent, cant even dispute charges on my account and im retired and elderly.

I have an account in another town and weatherford refuses to serve me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I live out of town and they helped me completely! Very satisfied
