        We were very impressed with Tristan, his prompt arrival and his professionalism. He inspected our HVAC took, took pictures and explained what needed to be done for repairs. He immediately contacted the home office to get us the help needed to solve our problem. We thank you.

        I had a leak in the garage where the Pex ManaBloc panel was located. Kevin verified the leak and identified the cap on the panel as the issue. He called his suppliers to locate a replacement and found them. He picked it up and came back and replaced the defective cap. He was professional and was upfront about the work and the costs. Lightfoot does have a $50 off coupon on their website which we used as well. Lightfoot offered same day emergency after hours dispatch as an option but since the leak was slow, they came first thing the best day. Lightfoot was responsive, upfront on costs, and performed the work quickly.
