Our organization needed some help filing a form we weren't familiar with, so I sent an email with a few questions. I received a response from her very quickly which led to a phone conversation the next day with both her, and one of her staff members. They were both very professional, friendly and genuinely interested in our organization on a personal level. Susan explained what we needed to do and then filed the form for us within a few days. Our organization will definitely use Susan again!
