        Not sure what happened on this deal. In the market for a new car port and tried Lelands Sheds. All was good until finalizing the sale. Sales lady kept informing us of a surcharge. She would not fully explain and made us feel like she was being shady. Her explanation of the surcharge was, the price of metal has gone up and a $1,100 surcharge is placed in at the closing price. As if the price of metal going up is the consumers fault. Unfortunately, a sale was not reached, but fortunately we found another company who did not treat us shady. Said company advised us there were no surcharges for their buildings and a deal was made.

        Bought a 12x28 shed from Janice. Excellent customer service. Very patient with all of our requests. We got exactly what we wanted plus more. Building arrived quickly and the delivery driver was awesome. Wasn't in a hurry and did the job right. Almost considered Derksen, so glad we went with our gut and chose Lelands. Highly recommended. Just go to their lot, you will see why they are the best to do business with. Thanks Mrs.Scott. Bruner's
