    I sent a computer in for repairs back in December (almost 2 months ago). They said it would be a few weeks until I get it back which is fine, but 2 weeks ago it was confirmed that it was repaired. They said it would be on the next truck they get. The week after they didn't get a truck, but today they did and they said they didn't send it. And despite this they still expect me to keep paying on it despite the fact that, as things are, I have no way of knowing if I'll ever get it back since they keep stonewalling me. Every time I ask for an update they just say "maybe next truck" and "I can't guarantee when it will be here" I also asked that if for whatever reason I they do not get it back if they would reimburse me for it, or give me a new computer to which they said no Which means they expect me to pay for a product that I may not get back with a 100% guarantee that I would not be compensated in any way This is on top of the fact that the manager admitted to harassing my family, and intentionally picking hours we said not to bother us because a different family member who doesn't live with us wasn't paying their fees but put us down as their address. This will be the final product I buy from them.

    I was looking for a tablet, they didn't have any in stock, so they would have to order one. That is ok, but I don't like waiting. I wish they had more products in stock. The lady was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

    Jacqueline is the best ask for her she has the best customer service you want to keep coming back...update she the only one that has good customer service i had to stop doing business with them anymore they harass my family after I would tell them only to contact me so they kept doing it and would lie about it don't do business with them
