I had such a bad experience at this treatment center. Two Techs Natile and Michael destroyed all of my makeup and hygiene. Michael apologized for it but Natalie walked around with a grin on her face. There were no actions taken against them. My Therapist Jacqui did not take time out for me. I didn't get 3 sessions like the handbook stated. However Taylor Katherine Sarah Carmen Nurses Maintenance Housekeeping is amazing.

This is the most amazingly beautiful place to gather the tools necessary to achieve sobriety. The photos don't lie. This place is gorgeous. Outside and inside. Inside you have the techs, each and every one of them are spectacular especially Saturn. And the nursing staff are so good at their job compassionate but will call u on your bs also Love them all especially Candace and Erin
The case workers here have your back and will help you with any concern u have while you're here as well as find u the perfect placement post treatment and make sure u have all the resources to achieve sobriety, especially my case worker Layla she has gone above and beyond for me in everyway regardless of what she has going on in her personal life she always kept me as a priority to find me a sober living where I can have my baby with me in a safe area with every phone number I could possibly need if I need to reach out for help. Thank you so much. My counselor Kim is so compassionate, kind, giving, understanding, just everything about her is phenomenal , she helped me be so much more self aware of my character defects and negative behaviors and gave me the tools to replace these behaviors and defects with coping skills I use in my everyday life. She is absolutely the best of the best! And Leslie I couldn't possibly forget Mrs Leslie she has gotten me thru most of the toughest times I've had here. I wanted her to be my sponsor but she can't for 2 years cuz of banyans stupid policy but I guess I understand. There is so many more I want to mention here but I've already written a book here. Just Kno your money is far from wasted here. Banyan has a higher success rate than other facilities because the material they teach and the staff they hire are absolutely the best of the best. I will miss this place. Love you all. This is not goodbye, I will keep in touch. Banyan Texas saved my life. I was lost, afraid and stuck in a cycle of addiction and relapse for years. Upon arrival I met the most courteous and comforting staff! Carolyn and Nikki were the First Ladies I met. They were very kind and gentile with me. The were a perfect representation of the wonderful experience I was in for. Also my clinical team rated 10/10. My case manager Taylor was very attentive and sensitive to my needs. She was very focused and determined to make sure I had a solid discharge plan. Her door was always opened for me and she was always polite and light hearted. She made me smile every day. I would joke about her office being hot like an oven (she needs an air conditioning by the way) but it was overall a great atmosphere. My counselor Laura was an angel I had the pleasure to have her help before she left, but she gave me the tools needed to change my life for good. We laughed and cried together. She was the glue that held me together. The property is breathtaking and well maintained by maintenance and cleaning staff! Thank you Banyan for helping me to get my life back!!! If you are thinking about coming to this treatment center do it! The pictures are true. This place is just as amazing as it shows, even better!!!
