        Im a new customer and cannot wait to shop again!! I cant say enough about how amazing the customer service is!! My order came damaged by UPS so I immediately called the store to find out how to get a replacement quickly. I spoke with Alex who was BEYOND AMAZING!!! She was so sweet, apologized and reached out to the owner to find out the best way to handle my issue. She immediately followed back up with me, expedited my order, tracked it to make sure I received it and then followed up with me to make sure that everything was ok.I really cannot rave about how well this was handled by Alex and the owner of Pre. I was so worried I would have been at a loss for my order. Im already looking to see what else I can purchase!
